Our Independent Refined condo got a fantastic makeover! Skelly Build worked wonders, installing new kitchen countertops and a stunning live edge dining room piece. We added electrical throughout, custom millwork, and revamped the master bathroom with a gut renovation. But the highlight? Combining the laundry room with the closet, making it super convenient for our clients! We crafted a custom closet with loads of storage and additional units in the entryway.

Condos usually lack storage, but not this one! We made sure to maximize every inch of space. The kitchen drawers and cabinets got awesome inserts like pull-out trash cans and pantry systems. The master bathroom got a chic upgrade with large format tiles, brass fixtures, and heated floors for added luxury. This condo is now a functional and beautiful space for this family to make many happy memories.
