Skelly Build collaborated with UrbanSpace Interiors to elevate this downtown condo with custom cabinetry and high-design elements. The homeowners aimed to add storage and glamour to the space, transforming it from a cookie-cutter unit.
In the master bedroom, Skelly expanded the space by relocating the entry door and removing a wall, crafting an exquisite 8’ x 6.5’ white oak wardrobe with integrated pulls. The master bathroom received a makeover with a rebuilt shower and large format floor tiles. In the living room and kitchen, a stunning porcelain wall tile unified the area, with a custom dry bar featuring white oak and mirrored backsplash.
A home office was created with a matching white oak desk and file cabinet. The office bathroom received large format floor tiles and a more accessible closet system. The entryway was adorned with oversized light fixtures and a glamorous mirror, completing the transformation.
