The location of this condo was perfect for the owners but the space needed some updating, particularly in the kitchen & bath areas, which is where Spaces Designed Interior Design studio and Skelly Build construction teams came in. Let’s take a peek into this luxurious condo renovation!
In the kitchen, we removed the island & perimeter cabinetry and replaced it with all new cabinetry. The existing island, plumbing and appliance locations were kept, but we added an extra electrical outlet & replaced the existing pendant lighting with a linear pendant. We demoed and installed a new backsplash and added all new countertops with waterfall sides on the island.
In the master bath we first demoed the existing vanity, faucet and sink and replaced them with new selections. We also demoed the center wall and the existing mirrors were replaced with backlighted medicine cabinets. The existing shower and tub were removed and a larger shower with all new fixtures and a bench was installed. We installed a new door to the toilet room, replaced all floor and shower tile, and installed new pendant lighting.
In the powder bath, we removed the vanity, faucet and sink and replaced it with brand new plumbing. We removed the old floor and wall tile and replaced with Ann Sacks Pigment Black in pigment Black
