Here’s how we brought their dream space to life.
Every reno starts with the most important part, that often no one will ever see… the prep work! The renovation began with extensive updates throughout the condominium. We replaced the condo’s flooring with luxurious European White Oak engineered hardwood. Our team prepped the concrete subfloor, removed old finishes, and installed MLV underlayment to boost comfort and soundproofing. A complete repaint brightened the space, with walls, ceilings, trim, and doors refreshed to reflect our client’s modern style.
We installed a high-efficiency heat pump system with a 16 SEER rating for superior energy savings and comfort. Custom linear grilles and standard vent covers enhanced the polished look. Electrical updates included low-voltage wiring for under-cabinet lighting, screwless switch plates, and a complete overhaul of lighting fixtures to ensure the home feels bright and inviting.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen underwent a complete remodel, beginning with the removal of existing cabinetry, countertops, and walls. We framed new walls to accommodate a reimagined layout, including a coat closet and a pony wall to support the kitchen island. Plumbing and electrical systems were updated to support modern appliances, track lighting, and under-cabinet lighting. Collaborating with Brown & Beaux, we installed custom cabinetry in rich tones that contrast perfectly with the Sapienstone Calacatta 12mm natural matte used for the kitchen counters, island and backsplash. We reconfigured appliance plumbing and added dedicated circuits to meet safety standards. Track lighting, recessed cans, and surface-mounted fixtures highlight the kitchen’s modern lines. Finally, we fabricated and installed steel plates with a carbon stainless steel finish, adding an industrial edge to the kitchen’s modern aesthetic.
PRIMARY SUITE
In the primary suite, we introduced steel and glass partitions to create a sleek, contemporary look. Custom steel and glass walls create distinct spaces while maintaining an open feel. The bathroom was completely reimagined with luxury fixtures, including a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and bidet toilet. Waterproofed tiling, under-cabinet lighting, and upgraded plumbing ensured both elegance and practicality. We installed modern sconces, pendants, and directional fixtures, complemented by triple-gang switches and strategically placed outlets to upgrade both the lighting and electrical aspects of this bathroom.
OTHER AREAS OF FOCUS
We customized a separate room with a custom millwork daybed, featuring soft-close drawers and a clear-coat finish. The adjacent bathroom was updated with modern fixtures, tiled surfaces, sleek cabinetry, and new countertops, creating a cohesive and inviting space.
MODERN DOORS AND TRIM
We installed 13 new doors throughout this project, including bifold, double, and pocket styles, carefully selected to complement the home’s sleek design. Additionally, we added reglet trim for a clean, minimalist finish.
