Urbanspace Interiors and Skelly Build teamed up to create a jaw-dropping renovation of a luxurious Seaholm penthouse. The owner wanted to highlight the amazing city and lake views while showcasing their beautiful artwork. The living, dining, and master spaces now boast impressive 14-foot cove ceilings with colorful lights that can change to any shade. The living room columns were wrapped in mirrors, reflecting the city views indoors. The kitchen features a striking black and white backsplash, and the guest and study bathrooms have eye-catching tiles. The master bathroom offers a relaxing freestanding tub and a steam shower with built-in lights and speakers. The master bedroom is a serene retreat with elegant finishes. This family-friendly renovation is an absolute showstopper, combining luxury, style, and functionality to create a truly remarkable penthouse.
