The Story Behind the Build

At Skelly Build, we love when a successful project leads to more collaboration—like our return to the Thousand Oaks (Eanes Creek) Residence. In Part 1, we transformed the kitchen and primary suite. In Part 2, the focus shifted to two outdated bathrooms ready for a refresh.

Upstairs, we reconfigured the layout to accommodate a new shower, updated plumbing and electrical, and added Fire Clay Tusk tile, bullnose quartzite countertops, modern sconces, and custom Skelly Built cabinetry. The result is a clean, bright space that feels fresh and functional.

Downstairs, we completed a full gut renovation with new framing, tile, and finishes. Fireclay Magnolia shower tile, honed quartzite counters, polished nickel fixtures, and tailored cabinetry give the space a spa-like elegance. Both bathrooms now reflect the same level of care and detail that defined the first phase of this home’s transformation.
