Our Skelly Downtown Austin Condo renovation homeowners wanted a home that better reflected their modern style. After demo, Skelly Build started with fresh paint througout and luxurious upgrades: replacing existing flooring with European White Oak engineered hardwood with added MLV underlayment for comfort and soundproofing.
The kitchen was completely remodeled with custom cabinetry by Brown & Beaux, Sapienstone Calacatta countertops, and under-cabinet lighting. We updated plumbing, electrical systems, and lighting, creating a sleek, functional space. Steel plates with a carbon stainless steel finish added an industrial edge to the design.
In the primary suite, steel and glass partitions created distinct spaces, while still letting light permeate the space. We transformed the bathroom with luxury fixtures, including a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and bidet toilet. We installed 13 new doors and reglet trim throughout, enhancing the home’s minimalist aesthetic. From demo to final details, Skelly Build delivered excellence and truly a place our clients could feel at home in this modern downtown condo renovation.
