For this comprehensive interior and exterior remodel, Skelly Build has taken this Lost Creek home back to its bare framework, except for the garage. Along with additions of a pool bath, staircase, and kitchen, we are adding a second story to significantly expand the owner’s square footage, creating space for three bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Zoe Tong is a high-end Chinese restaurant on Barton Springs. The renovation consists of an interior remodel, HVAC and roof replacement. The interior remodel includes the main dinning hall, kitchen, and bathrooms.

This historic home in Travis Heights is being meticulously renovated while maintaining much of its original charm, including the exterior brick facade. Some of the highlights of the job are a third story deck with a downtown view, a light cupulo, and meticulous millwork. This project is already very special.
