“We have been working with Skelly Home Renovations since Sept 2018 when we made our decision to move to Austin and The Independent Condominium that was under construction. Our purchase was dependent on our ability to renovate the apartment we chose and have a team that could take complete charge since we were living in the Miami area. With only a few days to complete a draft that would pass the contractor's demands and having never met except by email and a few quick phone conversations, Diana Skellenger, owner and principal of the company, was able to translate our desires into a working document that passed all the hurdles presented to us. She worked non stop while out of town to accomplish this and thus allow us to sign on the dotted line.
