We love a good collaboration with Hello Kitchen, and our Canyon Creek project was no exception. For this project we focused on the kitchen, the fireplace/living area and the primary bathroom. What was once an outdated home it is now a much more liveable, brighter space with a modern twist.
In the kitchen, we started by demoing the kitchen & removing all cabinetry and old tile. The homeowners wanted to preserve the layout of the kitchen, so we just refined the overall look & gave it a little TLC. We removed the old tile & installed Shaw floors in Albright Oak chocolate- carrying the same flooring into the rest of the house. Full overlay cabinets were custom built & installed, and given a clean, fresh look with a coat of Benjamin Moore in Chantilly Lace.
The new kitchen cabinetry is as sleek as it is functional, complete with roll-out trays for easy access, including an appliance roll out tray for the Kitchen Aid mixer. We installed brand new appliances & a new vent hood, and we love how they look with the new cabinetry. We also built a new kitchen island topped with a 3 cm quartz countertop. The new island includes a beautiful Kraus undermount sink & 2 faucets! Gorgeous Ann Sacks Arcilla 3×12 Blanco on the backsplash, 2 new brass Wayfair pendants above the island, & satin brass hardware on the cabinets complete this stunning kitchen reno!
The fireplace/living area was in need of some updating, so we built a brand new fireplace complete with custom base cabinets with added mesh paneling for a more modern look. Floating shelves on both sides of the fireplace provide the homeowner with a million decorating options. On the fireplace, we installed Bianco Muretto porcelain tile, creating a textured look. Finally, a brand new fireplace was picked out & installed. Now this room feels modern & cozy.
In the primary bathroom, we demoed the bathtub in the middle of the room, giving a lot more space to this once crowded bathroom. Where the bathtub was, there now sits a custom bench for extra storage. We demoed the existing shower and built a completely new one that boasts of brand new brass plumbing, two shower heads and Calacutta Bianco Gloss Porcelain Tile all along the shower walls and floor.
Three new shower niches were built out for the homeowner to have plenty of space for all of their favorite shower products. We installed brand new custom floating vanity & finished with a coat of Sherwin Williams North Star-In satin sheen. We installed 3cm quartz as the countertop for the brand new vanity, along with 2 new pendant lights, brass hardware and beautiful accessories.
By changing the layout or even just the materials in a space, your bathroom, kitchen or living room could feel totally transformed, just like our Canyon Creek project does. Are you ready to get started?
Wait! I’d like to see some more of your renovations!
