Our homeowners in the Bouldin Creek area recently contacted us and said that they wanted to do just that. They wanted to create an entirely different (and cohesive!) style in their home on a much grander scale. A renovation from top-to-bottom, inside-out.
Our clients knew that they wanted their home to be redone quickly after they moved to Austin so that they could live in their dream home and enjoy all that Austin has to offer. They did not want to be bogged down by doing things themselves or to be disrupted by different iterations of remodels throughout the years. Finally, our homeowners really wanted one person as the general contractor to manage the work and problem solve in order to complete the work on their behalf. They had zero interest in finding contractors for each individual task or project. Skelly Home Renovations jumped in as the general contractor our clients were looking for, and together, we began construction of the designer’s plans!

A FRESH COAT OF PAINT, GEOMETRICALLY PATTERNED WALLPAPER AND NEW LIGHTING TRANSFORM THE NEW GUEST BEDROOM (ABOVE) AND CORNER SPACES (BELOW).
NEW WOOD FLOORING WAS INSTALLED THROUGHOUT THE MAIN KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM. TO CREATE WARMTH AND A FOCAL POINT TO THE FAMILY ROOM, WE INSTALLED BURLWOOD PIECES BEHIND THE MOUNTED TV AND A RICH PATTERNED WALLPAPER ON THE SIDES. FUN LIGHTING, NEW FLOORING, FRESH PAINT, AND MUCH MORE WORK TOGETHER TO TRANSFORM THE HEART OF THIS HOME.
