Kind Words
“We have been working with Skelly Home Renovations since Sept 2018 when we made our decision to move to Austin and The Independent Condominium that was under construction. Our purchase was dependent on our ability to renovate the apartment we chose and have a team that could take complete charge since we were living in the Miami area. With only a few days to complete a draft that would pass the contractor's demands and having never met except by email and a few quick phone conversations, Diana Skellenger, owner and principal of the company, was able to translate our desires into a working document that passed all the hurdles presented to us. She worked non stop while out of town to accomplish this and thus allow us to sign on the dotted line. For the next 2 years we have had nothing but a wonderful relationship with her and her team of amazing women who have been there every step of the way for us and have always gone above and beyond no matter what the task or snag. Their constant expertise and ability to never say "it can't be done" never ceased to amaze us. Every sub contractor has also been fantastic and true experts in their field. They too always went the extra mile. Our project manager Lilly Harpham is brilliant and the best problem solver we have ever met. She made this experience a total pleasure and we cannot recommend her and Skelly more highly. We are lucky to have found them and hope to remain in their orbit for years to come. We will miss them all.”
